The Advanced Image Coding software is written in Embarcadero Delphi.
You can build the software yourself by downloading and extracting the AICSource.zip file, and opening the AIC.dpr project into the Delphi 7 IDE. That's all there is to it.
Be sure to read the ReadMe.txt file for license information if you intent to use the software in your own products. Your are allowed (even encouraged) to make improvements to the code or the algorithms. Please let me known your findings so I can incorporate them into a next version of AIC. You can find my email address in the ReadMe file.
